    Gymnastics = AWESOME!!! yes I did get some assisted muscle ups today thanks for asking! Sorry folks I have to toot my horn about it because 2 months ago I couldn’t do what I did today…it may be a little progress for some people but for me its HUGE!! Any progress tells me I am doing what I need to do to get to where I need to be! So much fun! Thanks Amanda for being such a patient assistee!
