**We’re excited to introduce the newest addition to the CrossFit 22 family. Andria Kern, an apprentice of Robb Wolf, will be providing nutrition coaching for our athletes. For those interested, she will be here on Saturday to formally introduce herself and talk to anyone interested or curious in her services. For those of you that did our Paleo Challenge a few months ago, this is a great service to utilize to keep yourself accountable. For those thinking about restructuring their nutrition, do not hesitate to speak with Andria. She’ll be offering pantry clean out, grocery shopping assistance, individualize meal plans, childhood nutrition, supplements, sugar detox, and fun challenges, as well as holding seminars a few times a month on different topics. She is well versed in the different and dynamic effects food plays on optimal fitness. We are excited to introduce Andria to our CrossFit 22 family because we care deeply about each one of you.**

    Pretty much my worst CrossFit workout ever 13 and some change. Ripped both hands and cussed up a mother effing storm. My apologies to Liz and the entire 5:00 class tonight. Sailor mouth is no bueno so my apologies. On the up side prd my snatch tonight he he 90# I am getting there
