Five rounds for max reps of:
Body weight bench press
(There is NO time component to this workout)

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups

    I am with Ali- Love open gym. I can’t sneak out of work early enough anymore to go to strength and I miss it so bad. So on thursday now..I do strength, Might be paying off
    Today I did tomorrows strength WOD – Got a new PR on my 5rm dead at 225. Had been stuck at 205 for a while. Pretty happy about that
    Wod only got up to 70# and 24″ box (its SCARY) I think I could have power snatched more but the OH were taking me out!
    GYMNASTICS WAS SO FUN!! worked on lots of handstand stuff!! Love it. If you aren’t checking this out YOU SHOULD BE!!! Thanks Tiffany it was awesome and thanks CF22 for providing us with strength and yoga and gymnastics..we are too lucky!!

    The past few weeks I’ve changed my WOD schedule and have been coming to the Open Gym on Thursday mornings. I LOVE it, nice change of pace. Ripped my hand for the frist time today, that pretty much sucks, but I got a killer workout doing it!

    Is Crossfit, WOD, Open Gym tonight at 5:00, 4:00 or 4:45? The website says 4:45 but I remember them changing it but can’t remember to what time.
