    Wow. That was a killer workout. I didn’t go as fast as I wanted, esp for burpees cuz my arms are warn out from the Wods this week, but I’m glad I went. I usually don’t go on Saturdays but I couldn’t resist this one. Someone told me today that Saturday’s are usually more intense, is this true? Does anyone know? Considering today, I believe it.
    Btw, anyone who is debating whether to go to the strength class tues and Fridays, i think it’s awesome and worth the extra time to go. My strength has gone up in almost every weight bearing skill. And although the changes in my body are minute I am seeing a bit of a change. I loved the class Friday. After the weight lifting we did a wod where we went heavier than usual and that wasn’t timed. We rested between each round enough to recover to be able to give full effort for the next round. Although my body was fatigued from the heavy weights, I was able to go to the reg WOD afterwards. Honestly, doing two in a row kicks my butt every Tuesday and Friday but that weight lifting class is worth going to for me. At first I worried about bulking up but I haven’t seen that happening. I’m just seeing more shape to my arms and legs.

    Ha! This was a very long comment. But I doubt anyone will read it cuz its saturday :). But I had to give a shout out to terry!

    I think I might try going to the gymnastics class now. These extra Wods our trainers are setting up obviously are there to help with the daily Wods.
    I love cfit22 and am so grateful for our trainers. They are always so helpful and the environment they provide is so inviting. Thank you trainers!

    I have a feeling this one will come around again…it’s just that dreadful.
    35:30 rx. So frustrated with my Dubs today..and I don’t care what kind of plan you have for getting through burpees quickly and efficiently..for me personally..throwing it to the wind…it doesn’t exist for me..I tried like 3 different things to pace through them..STILL HORRIBLE 🙂
    Awesome week of programming..got my strength, gymnastics and yoga in…resting the rest of this glorius day is going to feel well deserved
    Happy Fathers Day to all you awsome Fathers out there. And mostly to my Pops and brother and brother in laws!! have a GREAT day you all deserve it!!
