Mandy and Kris just want to say thank you to Crossfit22! We just got done doing the Spartan Beast and we rocked the obstacles. We climbed a rope, carried a bucket of rocks up a hill, pulled a cinder block up and around a hill, climbed several cargo nets, did a tire flip, humg from monkey bars, jumped over a ton of walls (one of the volunteers even told us that we made the wall jump look easy) , and jumped through a big roll of tires with our ankles bound (yes with our ankles bound). Each time we were done, we looked at each other and said “thank you crossfit22-that wasn’t so bad!” A year ago, neither one of us could have completed all of those obstacles. We seriously love you guys for making us stronger and making us believe that if we put our minds to it we can push through the pain and get through anything! We are sooooo appreciative of your hard work and dedication to the box! We may never make it to the crossfit games, but being able to compete in these types of things cause of what we have learned at Crossfit22 make it all worthwhile. We are loving the crossfit life! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
