    Joni you’re such a good sport, letting Derrick torture you like that. I was going to try not to workout today too but it was just calling my name. Everyone should try mobility once. I didn’t really realize what it was fully but it’s some good stuff.
    My time today was 10:52. 120 singles instead of dubs and red banded it on the rings.

    Didn’t WOD today….feeling extremely beat up from the past two weeks of programming…INSANITY and for some sick reason I absolutely love it…went smart today with just mobility..WHY AREN’T MORE PEOPLE DOING THIS??? unbelieveable..it’s that one thing that is going to seperate the boys from the men when all is said and done….whatever that means.
    LOVED IT!
