How many times has someone said to you “I could never do CrossFit”! This is a comment I hear several times a week. The latest happen to be about 30 minutes after I took this photo and the girl who said it was a triathlete….yes, try not to laugh. I love this pic, it says it all. Here we have a college kid and his dad, a mother of 2, a 15 year old soon to be high school sophmore and her dad, a former All American Quarter Back/smart ass, and 2 awesome grannies who could kick your trash, one in her 60’s and the other in her 70’s. Yep she was clearly right, she could never do CrossFit!!
