    I got kind of lazy on this one today …not sure why… but I so struggled with the wall burpees..16:07 a slight improvement..I had hoped for more..
    Be back later for strength ..

    I just watched a dude run a 1:40.91 800 meters. That is just plain crazy, he wasn’t even breathing hard after. He trains on a dirt track in Kenya that is not even the correct length. Amazing.
