    seriously, no water?!?!?!?!?! don’t think ive been to a gym that doesn’t offer some type of drinking water supply.

      ~said with love, like I would to my 10 year old; who gets his own water before heading out the door!

    26 or 27:13 minus 30 seconds…clock started while I was having my pre wod bathroom break 🙂
    did my toes to bar pullups on the rings!! thanks for everyone for thinking I was doing muscleups!!
    After 5 days off and 3 classes yesterday…feels so good to be CrossFitting again!! a much needed break! i feel refreshed!
