I had every intention of coming to crossfit today until I about pee’d my pants when it started thundering and lightening. I’m petrified to be out this weather! 😉
oh BROTHER….I wanted to CrossFit so bad…made myself drive straight home..need my legs for the sprint tri tomorrow…damnit! you could always do a travel wod in your garage or something 🙂 (always here to help a friend)
