ATTENTION NUTRITION CHALLENGE TEAMS: This week your challenge is to complete 500 burpees as a team. The rules are you must be together to complete the challenge, you have 30 minutes to complete all 500 burpees (this should be plenty of time), only two team members may be working at once. Burpees can be divided up how you choose ie: five at a time ten at a time, choose a strategy that works for your team. Any question please ask Kat or Liz.
