Back Squats

    I am totally blown away with how many rounds people actually got on this WOD!! I found it so tough..Kudos to you..I actually got to come to strength today.. too much fun!! loved every minute of it

    I was really excited for this WOD!
    Back squats 155#
    I did 8 rounds. Started with the 50# kb but had to scale down because my form was lacking.
