11 Burpee Box Jumps
2 KB Swings
10 Burpee Box Jumps
3 KB Swings
9 Burpee Box Jumps
4 KB Swings
8 Burpee Box Jumps
5 KB Swings
Continue this exchange until you get to 1 burpee box jump and 12 KB swings.
