    you are awesome Mindy!! I had the same problem I didnt even eat a piece of the paleo pie I made..I had the worst belly ache and headache all night-but DAMNIT my Moms rolls are amazing-and the stuffing kat made and the potatoes..white potatoes with gravy..and.lizs arugula salad…(should have eaten more of that) and sorry Amy-I skipped pie and I didn’t even make it to Matt and Shaes salad..I was done!

    Had to modify a couple movements but wowzers just the same..one little dirty element in there I wasnt expecting..now its over..LOVED IT!! Thanks Matty.

      Okay. Glad someone else feels like crap after sugar. My goodness, it’s only sugar and I felt that crappy after the yummyness was gone!!!! It’s not like its meth :).

    Thank you to all the crossfit trainers for all their time and expertise they’ve shared with us. Today I had sugar for the first time in 2 and 1/2 mounths. It’s 10:30pm and I’m wired and my body aches from head to toe. I feel really yucky. I forgot this us how I use to feel ALL THE TIME. Wow! Not only am I going back to eating paleo tomorrow but I have the desire to be even more strict like cutting out some the foods naturally high in sugar, like eating less fruit, less sweet potatoes, etc. I just had the need to share this because I have a tough night ahead of me and SUGAR IS NOT WORTH IT!!
