    LOVED our run yesterday!!!! You killed it on your bench press. I hope your shin is okay from the mishap on the box! LOVED LOVED LOVED Matt’s comp class yesterday. It was a tough but awesome workout.

    Love days like today-some great things happened
    First Jo- Amanda – Shannen and I ran-JO was running like she had something to prove…and I was chasing her like she owed me money or something..Our first mile was 7:40 and 2nd mile I was 8 something and amanda and jo-were like 7:45 and I have to say that Shannen-most impressive ran with a baby jogger WITH a flat tire!! This is what CrossFit is doing for us…What’s it doing for you? (this is the fastest we have ever run-may not be impressive to some…but we are puffing our chests out right now!)
    THEN we stayed for Matts Comp class! I just can’t say enough about how awesome this class is. I pr’d my bench press today everyone there was working so hard! too much fun…that’s all. My story.
