    I don’t think anyone has accurately expressed how bad a torn hand hurts…. i did all 84 pulls ups without a band and it was hideous to watch, but I am so satisfied with myself… Yay Crossfit!

    This WOD, was one that snuck up on ya! Don’t remember ever being so sweaty !! Did a 100 pound thruster.. Was a big deal for me.

    Joni you also did awesome, like normal. Loved comp class today also, that 95# push press was hard. Got my first toes to bar today, it was ugly but I got it.

    LOVED comp class…got my butt handed to me big time..Nice job Amanda and Maria..you two ladies killed RX style.
