    Holy crap. Bad eating….its eactly what it’s cracked up to be..it’s just bad. I didn’t eat much sugar but I had some rolls…I had this plan to stay near the meat and veggies and for the most part it worked out but I think skipping breakfast and waiting until the afternoon to eat somethtng was a huge mistake. This coupled with 2 days off in a row.. I am not gonig to lie..struggled quite a bit today.
    This WOD just about killed me 15:18 RX
    new 20 rep PR on my back squat. I have to honestly say I am not sure why the last time I did this I only did 75#. today 135# that was hard but I kind of think I could have gone maybe a little heavier.
    Dropped the squats out of the comp wod and did the rest. Whoa..happy day after Christmas to me. I am going to go find a corner to cry in. 🙂
