    ha ha oh Jo Ho …you are as big of deal as you want to be..

    I was actually diggin on the burpees too. Not sure why but I can honestly say I don’t really feel like they were the worst part of this wod. 100 burps. 7:10- I did 87 in 7 minutes last year during the open. I am not sure how all you freaks got 18-20 whatever minutes but good job. I actually said something really crappy today..I said right to Kat with every wod I do my time gets worse….eh..time ..who cares. I have to get out of my head and QUICK.
    ON the upside….I may secretly be working on muscle ups..watch out.

    The part I feared the most, was what I loved the most…burpees 100 in 8:07. Might not be a big deal to some but it was to me!.. Cause I am a big deal!!
