**Huge thank you to everyone who came out to support Angels for Alex on Saturday. To say it was a success would be an understatement. We are a part of a very special community and it was inspiring to see so many of our CrossFit friends around the valley join us to help out Alex and his family. Thank you to Matt, Garrett, and Jake for brining us this opportunity.**

What a special little boy.

This aired Saturday night on channel 2 news:

Crossfit Athletes Raise Money For Young Cancer Patient

(KUTV) Hundreds come together today at Crossfit gym in Bountiful, raising thousands for a little boy battling cancer.

Young Alex Terry has a rare form of cancer and has completed his last radiation treatment. Friends of his family organized today’s event – Angel Fight.

Crossfit is a fast growing, competitive and athletic community. But they say they admire young Alex’s strength. His parents say they were touched by the turnout, renewing their faith in humanity

More than $3,000 was raised at the door this morning in cash. Checks and other donations are still being counted. You can donate at any Wells Fargo Bank where an account has been set up in Alex Terry’s name

For more on Alex’s fight and how you can help – go to the Angels for Alex page on Facebook.

Question on the nutrition challenge- if I eat paleo for the day but have a cheat meal, do I get the 1-3 pts, but then deduct the 2 pts for the cheat meal? Or, do I not get the paleo pts at all for the day, and still have to deduct the 2 pts for the cheat meal? That is probably about as clear as mud!
    Cheers!

What an awesome event. What an awesome group of people that too charge and cared enough to do something like this. Love you all and miss you all. We did the Angels for Alex Saturday as well at CFO and it was a humbling moment. Thanks for letting us be a part of it.
