Can’t believe it’s week four of the Open already. We are so proud of all of our athletes and we are looking forward to two more amazing weeks. We are loving the DJ every week he’s been great so we are asking for donations to keep him for the next two weeks. Also want to thank Matt Jensen again, we can’t say it enough Matt we appreciate your time and talent.

    I am not going to lie. I really didn’t want to do this WOD today. 2 reasons..HSPU and Chest to bar. Bleh- so what i decided to do was PR my front squat. WHICH I DID BY 10# 165# finally! it wssnt perfect but it happened
    WOD 27:07 and NOT RX yuck! loved it now it’s over
