P1- 1000m Row
P2- AMRAP 40 Squats 40 Sit-ups

P1-400m Run
P2- AMRAP Burpees
then
P1-800m Run
P2-AMRAP 10 Slam Ball 20 Walking Lunges

** Both partners must perform row/run and AMRAP in each workout before moving on to the next**

    Super fun partner wod. Thanks Eric for putting up with me. I wasn’t really wanting to push today at all an once I got past the pullup/front squat that change. 27 and some change rx. good times! loving running outside.
    Sorry coaches for my attitude problem..no excuses..
