    Holy dirty WOD. Thanks Monie- always a strong partner= thanks Maria for correcting my form-much appreciated! 17 and some change- had to jump my ctb it just wasn’t in the books for me today -torn hand- but did do 75# on the thrusters..that was a sneaky little bugger.

    For those of you to whom I have been bragging about Bullet proof shoulders to…here you go-you can thank Kat for this- it was her who suggested I give it a try. Also-not to promote my blog- mine is also on the left side here with Marias-now granted-she has much better stuff than me and I often steal recipes from her blog because she is just that dam good. I use my blog as a place to put my words-I have so many. So two completely different styles of blogging-you can never have enough resources if you ask me!
