STRENGTH

MedBall Push Ups

WOD

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Reps for time:
Step Back Lunges @40% of Back Squat 1RM
Burpees
Run 200 Meters between each round

    Oh crap…I scaled tbe rope climbs…good job Peggy! you are awesome!
    took today off to avoid a Cinco De Mayo food feast at work….so ya..getting to WOD early is awesome-coming back to strength at 4. It’s been TOO long since I have been able to do strength!
    WOD 24:22 rx+ he he my % would have been -scaled UP to 85 WATCH OUT-the run was kicking my tail today what the??
