Athlete’s Choice


In teams of two:
Run the block with a MedBall
One ball per team you may take turns carrying the ball however you wish.
Then as a team complete “Angie”:
100 Pull Ups
100 Push Ups
100 Sit Ups
100 Squats
Work must be done in order and all reps must be completed before moving on to the next move. As a team you may partition the reps how ever you like but only one person can work at a time.
As a team run the block with a MedBall.

    Thanks Jo for being my partner in crime…happy to say we committed no crimes other than walking a little when we should have been running.
    36:51. Had to go to ring row in our 60″s I think my hands I have all these little tears that just won’t heal..Jo did RX this.
    Loved it once it was done! awesome Saturday wod!
    Oh ya…thank Eric and Tory for beating ladies in their 40’s …freaking show offs….:)
