In teams of two:
Run the block with a MedBall
One ball per team you may take turns carrying the ball however you wish.
Then as a team complete “Angie”:
100 Pull Ups
100 Push Ups
100 Sit Ups
Work must be done in order and all reps must be completed before moving on to the next move. As a team you may partition the reps how ever you like but only one person can work at a time.
As a team run the block with a MedBall.
