    Also- we did this on Dec 12th..I subbed a run for box jumps..guessing I had taken a shin out. I improved almost 2 minutes with RX Weeehawww

    Hello hellish Monday WOD. That was a greinder, a oh so VERY evil. My 50 wall balls felt like 500 so on my 40’s I got smart and did 10’s and rested 5-10 seconds resting the ball into the wall..I seemed to pick up a little speed. BOX JUMPS SO SLOW…forgot long socks so I took my time AND the KB saved me. was able to get through them quickly,
