At the 10 minute mark complete:

10 Thrusters 95/65
10 Chest to Bar Pull ups

At the 20 minute mark complete:
WOD 3
3 Rounds for time:
10 Box jumps 24″/20″
10 Toes to Bar

    Didn’t rx the wod today..kind of gave up on the hspu
    BUT!!! I did PR my split jerk 145# just 5# but it JUST 5#..
