WOD

“Tabata”
20 Seconds of work, ten seconds of rest, 8 intervals.

Push-ups
Calorie Row
Jumping Lunges
KTE
Double Unders

Complete all 8 interval on one movement before moving to the next. After each tabata you will have 10 seconds to get from one movement to the next. Score is the sum of the lowest rep count in each movement.
