    I think we should officially christen this WOD “KCURB”. Very reminiscent of another experience where I couldn’t take stairs without the handrail for two or three days. 😉

    Scaled this WOD…scaling feels good after yesterday
    Was going to do 50/50 half my body weight and just 50- but at 75# 50 didn’t seem enough- 75# 75 bs 45# and 75 pp 15 and some change…kudos to all you fools that rx’d this-no really..Kudos!
