    Not sure that I should be adding time to all my wods…but apparently I am…today I kind of have to thank Kat for tapping me and making me get on the GHD. I don’t know why I didn’t get on it without a push. I am completely capable of doing 150 GHD back extension
    Today 125 GH 25 superman 22:08=this was the only time I have ever done GHD. eh..
