    That is bad ass David…the back squat and the head shrinking!!!

    Like this little evil WOD today. Will I ever get a strict pull up?? No…not until I start working them like I really want one.
    8+12 135# bs-20″ box jump- banded pull ups. why oh why do I hurt everywhere???
