WARM UP
Team up for the Junkyard Dog and MB toss!

WOD

30 Min AMRAP
Team “Cindy”
5 Pull-up
10 Push-up
15 Squat
Each partner will complete one full round of Cindy with only one person working at a time. The “resting” partner will perform 20 sit-ups during their “rest” period.

    Kurt you are a badass..Just living proof of what a few changes can do. Love it.

    Today- WOUCH!!! This was crazy partnered with Monie…Monie with the Motor…good grief she had it cranked today I think we finished 20 rounds…RX which equates into the following
    100 pull ups
    200 pushups
    300 squats
    400 situps…
    Not bad for a couple of ol broads eh?
