WARM UP

10 Jumping Pull Ups
100 Meter Run

STRENGTH

Barbell Box Step Ups 24/20; 95/65
3×20 (10 each leg)

WOD

21-15-9 reps for time of Each of the following couplets:

WOD 1
Toes 2 Bar
Hand Release Push Ups

Rest 1 minute

WOD 2
Calorie Row
KB Swing 70/50

Rest 1 minute

WOD 3
Box Jumps 24/20
Deadlift 185/135

17 Minute Time Cap. Goal is to keep each WOD around 5 minutes. If you go longer than 5 five minutes in one WOD try to make up the time in the next. Scale as needed to complete all 3 WODs. DO NOT SKIP THE REST!

    Yummy….love the video.!!!
    This was a nasty one. 15:55 did not swing the kettlebell oh just above eye level..still did 50# did toes to rings..I really do not recommend doing this wod before Oly….ever!
