Just want to send a HUGE shout out to Lyle.  This guy has absolutely been kiling it in the nutrition department lately!! He faithfully participated in the Lurong Challenge and is now slaying the Sugar Detox.  Word has it he just ran his fastest 5k at 21 minutes.  We LOVE you Lyle.
