I came across this “Bullet Proof Shoulder” video by Ben Bergeron of CrossFit New England when I was recovering from my shoulder injury. I love using some or all of the movements in my warm-up and have used them in group warm-ups so you may be familiar. Please watch video so you know what we are doing in today’s warm-up and use these stability exercises often on your own.
