Burpees

REST 3 MINUTES

12.4 & 13.3 (sorry just fit in this space so perfectly!!)
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
150 Wall balls 20/14
90 Double-unders
30 Muscle-ups (can sub bar MU or C2B)

REST 3 MINUTES

12.2
Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
RX:
30 Snatch, 75/45
30 Snatch 135/75
30 Snatch 165/100
Snatch 210/120 as many reps as possible

SCALED:
30 Snatch 45/35
30 Snatch 75/55
30 Snatch 100/75
Snatch 120/90 as many reps as possible
