“Tabata This”

The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated for 8 sets. You will complete all 8 intervals on one movement before moving to the next. Transition will be quick, only 10 seconds.

Score is the sum total of the lowest scores in each interval. The order of the movements can be changed.
