In Teams of 4:
Up Ladder

P1: 1 Pull-up
P2: 1 Hang Power Clean 115/75
P3: 1 Shoulder to Overhead 115/75
P4: 2 Pull-ups
P1: 2 Hang PC
P2: 2 S2OH
P3: 3 Pull-ups and so on….

Once you have hit your 10th round you can start to split movement reps between 2 teammates ex: One partner does 5 Pull-ups and next does 5 Pull-ups and so on until time expires.
