We are sorry to announce that due to scheduling conflicts we will no longer have Thursday night oly class  with Coach Chiu.  We want to publicly thank Coach Chiu for his time and efforts. We can be a little hard to handle at times and he did so with grace and patience.  We are in the process of coming up with a few ideas to continue to improve our oly skills.  Please watch the website for future announcements.

Jumping Pull-ups
Hollow Rock
Squats

STRENGTH/SKILL

Wall Walks
3-3-3-3-3

WOD

12 Minute ascending ladder:

3 Pull-ups
3 Burpees
3 Power Cleans 135/95
6 Pull-ups
6 Burpees
6 Power Cleans
9 Pull-ups
9 Burpees
9 Power Cleans
Add 3 reps to each movement each round until time expires.

    I haven’t posted in a while..surprising for someone who has so many words..
    AWESOME ENERGY IN 5:45 tonight. I am sure it wasn’t quite as fun as Twant Tuesday but I bet it was right up there!!
