4 Seconds hold on the bottom
2 Seconds up to the top

*Each set of 3 will take exactly 24 seconds, you will rest the remainder of the minute.
*If you can not hold on the bottom for the 4 seconds lighten your weight load.

“Death by Burpees”

1 Burpee the 1st Minute
2 Burpee the 2nd Minute
3 Burpee the 3rd Minute… Ect
(Proceed with the ladder until you can not complete the burpee to minute ratio)
