Group Snatch Warm up

STRENGTH/SKILL
EMOTM for 10 Min
1 Power Snatch + 3 Overhead Squats

PARTNER WOD

3 Min: Front Squat 135/95 alternate every 3 reps
3 Min: Db Burpee Box Over 50/35 alternate every 1
3 Min: Chest to Bar Pull-ups alternate every 3 reps
3 Min: 100m sprint alternate every 1
Repeat for 2 Min at each station and then 1 Min at each station
