Weigth should increase on every set as long a proper technique can be maintained.

WOD

“Death by Burpees”
1 Burpee the 1st Minute
2 Burpee the 2nd Minute
3 Burpee the 3rd Minute… Ect
(Proceed with the ladder until you can not complete the burpee to minute ratio)
