Just as trying to strive for Rx can push you too far too fast, sometimes Rx may be a limiting factor, depending on your ability.(Ahem! Regionals and Games athletes are definitely operating well above Rx, right?)

Listen to your body, heed your coaches’ wisdom, and keep your head on straight. Can’t go wrong, Rx or not.
