WOD
Today we will do two of the 2014 Cf Games Team WOD’s. Both WOD’s will performed in teams of 2.

WOD 1: SQUAT BURPEE
3 rounds for time of:
30 squats with the Worm (we will use barbell) shouldered
30 burpees over the Worm
IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWED BY
WOD 2: TEAM FIFTIES
For time, working as pairs each athlete completes:
50-calorie row
50 GHD sit-ups
50 wall-ball shots
50 box jump overs
