In teams of 2

Each athlete performs as a relay:
30-calorie row
30 burpees
30 hang cleans

Rx’d Division
135 / 95 lb. hang cleans

Masters Division
125 / 85 lb. hang cleans

Scaled Division
105 / 75. lb hang cleans

REST AS NEEDED

In teams of 2
10X 100m sprints
Each team member will run 10 100m sprints. One rests while the other sprints then switch until complete.
