WOD
In teams of 2 ea partner will complete
10 Rounds for time:
15 Deadlift 135/95
15 Push ups
You must complete a full round before next person goes
On the odd rounds partner will hold plank
On even rounds partner will dead hang from pull up bar
If partner breaks plank or dead hang, work must stop until they resume
