10 BB Back Squats

3 Eight count Back Squats 135/95
2 Seconds to the bottom
4 Seconds hold on the bottom
2 Seconds up to the top

*Each set of 3 will take exactly 24 seconds, you will rest the remainder of the minute.
*If you can not hold on the bottom for the 4 seconds lighten your weight load.
