LULU BOOTCAMP @8:30-9:30AM- This is held at the lululemon at Station Park in Farmington. This class is high intensity so it is not for the faint of heart. Last week they gave away a tank so it is totally worth your time!

KB Sit-ups 25/20

While one partner runs 400m MB carry the other will work on max reps of other movement in the couplet. Both partners have to complete both parts of the couplet before moving on. Score is max reps of Burpees, Push Press, Box Jumps, Lunges and Sit-ups combined.
