One Minute On…One Minute Off.. for 10 Minutes
30 Russian KB Swings
You have 1 minute to complete 30 Kb Swings, during rest minute partner will go. If you fail to complete 30 Kb Swings in the minute you will EACH get a 20 burpee penalty. Partners will count each others reps.  All penalties will be completed at the end of the workout.
