25 Med ball Squat Jumps – Bear hug the ball, squat to below parallel, then quickly stand up and jump off the ground.

L2 Banded or window HSPU, band or kip pull-up, MB 10/14
L3 Strict or kip HSPU, Strict or kip pull-up, MB 20/14
