Squat Clean
Work up to a heavy single

WOD
Death by Power Clean with a Burpee Twist
For 20 Min..With a continuously running clock perform 1 Power Clean the first minute, 2 Power Cleans the second minute, 3 Power Cleans the third minute, and so on, continuing to add 1 each minute until you cannot complete the required number of reps in the given minute. Once you can no longer keep up with the clock you will start over from 1.
WHAT IS THE TWIST YOU ASK??
You will begin each minute with 4 Burpees

    I liked the opportunity to get as far as I humanly could, get a little “rest,” then really go for it again. Super fun WOD Jason. What a fun week this has been. Can’t wait to see what Jess had in store tomorrow. 🙂
